We are Canadian owned and operated.
We do not have extensions that lead directly to a voicemail. If you call us Monday – Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., somebody qualified WILL answer the phone and assist you.
Quick delivery is one of our strong suits. This is possible because we do not broker transportation; we operate our own fleet of trucks.
Customer Service For Example: If desperation strikes we will occasionally bend the rules and make weekend deliveries. But only if you use your manners.
We manufacture professional grade products at DIY prices. We don't sell to BIG BOX stores, period.
