PRE-MIX CONCRETE
SUGGESTED USES
Use where concrete surfaces are broken or spalled such as concrete walls, steps, floors, patios, walks and driveways.

Preparation
Remove paint, grease, oil or other foreign matter. Remove all unsound concrete, Thoroughly clean surface with detergent and a thick brush. Flush away residue with clean water. Clean and dampen the concrete surfaces for good adhesion.
Mixing
Thoroughly mix 4 ½ parts pf Topping Cement to 1 part of potable water. The heavy trowelable mortar will allow you about 30 minutes of working time. You may add more material to thicken the mix.
Shallow Repairs – under 1.5cm (1/2”)
Place and trowel a thin layer of material, forcing the Topping Cement into surface pores. Immediately add more Topping Cement and spread to the required thickness. Smooth finish with a dampened trowel after the initial set has taken place but avoid over-trowelling.
Deep Repairs – over 1.5cm (1/2”)
Proceed as above and apply in ½” layers. Allow to cure for 24 hours in between layers. Dampen area before adding next layer. Repeat this procedure until desired depth is reached. Smooth with a dampened trowel. The newly repaired area can be opened to traffic in 48 hours.
Direct contact may irritate eyes and skin. Wear protective clothing (gloves, boots and safety glasses) when using this product. Wash exposed areas promptly with water. If any material gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water and seek medical attention immediately.
DO NOT TAKE INTERNALLY.
KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN AND PETS.
Clean up is easy with soap and water.
Rinse tools before material hardens.
