Features and Technical Data

IN 66 LB (30 KG) BAGS 56 PER SKID

Coverage

10 lbs of Concrete Sand Mix will cover 1 square foot to a thickness of about 1 inch. Preparation All surfaces should be clean and free of oil, gas, paint, grease, etc before applying Sand Mix.

Directions

Empty contents of bag into mixer or wheelbarrow. Add water to the Sand Mix, mixing as you go. Required water is about 31/2 quarts per 66lb bag. Too much water reduces the overall strength. Once mixed, pour the Sand Mix into the area, place and work to the desired finish with float or trowel. Allow the new Concrete to set firmly, then keep moist for at least 3 days. Covering the area with a plastic film or damp burlap is recommended.

For best results

Apply freshly mixed Sand Mix as soon as possible. Do not attempt to re-mix after the initial set. When patching or resurfacing, it is important to clean and dampen the surface of the existing Concrete before applying the new material. When applying new Concrete to old, a liquid Concrete Bonding Agent should be applied. Do not apply if the temperature is expected to fall below 40°F within the next 24 hours. Safety Sand Mix contains Portland Cement. Direct contact may irritate eyes and skin. Wear protective clothing (gloves & safety glasses) when using this product. Wash exposed areas promptly with water. If material gets into eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water and seek immediate medical attention.

DO NOT TAKE INTERNALLY. KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN and PETS.

Clean Up
